Ridged potato chips. From Trader Joe's. Deep purple in color. Very delicious.
Anyone ever had them? I never even KNEW blue potatoes EXISTED until I came across this bag of chips at Trader Joe's a couple days ago. Intrigued, I had to try it. It feels strange eating them because they LOOK so funky. But they sure taste good!
If Scot's store sold blue potatoes and he put them on his weekly produce quiz (esp cut open), I would never have gotten it right, as I would've been convinced that no such thing existed in nature. Hmmm... DO you guys sell blue/purple potatoes? ;-)
